Quality Care Nanny Agency helps families get the best child care possible, we service Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. Our nannies are lively, enthusiastic and eager to work. Our mission is to provide quality care to our families with explicit, purposeful and deliberate child experiences. Nanny’s duties included but are not limited to monitoring children's development, planning entertaining games, arts and crafts projects, and activities to stimulate a child’s learning, imagination, and development. We require experienced, loving nannies that can be hired by a private family to care for the family’s children, either on a live-in or live-out basis.

The Passion Behind the Agency
My name is Shanna Riley and along with Brooke Johnson-Riley, we are the co-owners of Quality Care Nanny Agency.
Our agency was started to provide reliable, professional, and quality service to families looking for in home nanny care. Together we have over 10 years of experience with both in-home nanny services and daycare centers across the Philadelphia area. Our teaching philosophy values the child as central to their own learning, not simply an empty vessel waiting to be filled with knowledge. Children can pursue their own interests and build upon ideas at their own pace.

Our goal is simple: to unite qualified and dedicated nannies with our valued clients. Our expertise lies in our unique ability to help match the needs and goals of each nanny and family. As your schedule expands and you are working to meet commitments of family, work and weekly activities, you need your children to be safe, comfortable and happy.

Locating qualified nannies and matching your family's requirements to the right nanny. We have the experience to know what works and what doesn't. We already know the pitfalls, and how to avoid them. And we have the most extensive recruiting capabilities of any agency in Philadelphia, with resources to recruit qualified people from all over Pennsylvania.
OUR SCREENING
We credit our large amount of successful placements to our extensive screening process. We provide thorough background checks, certified Department of Transportation checks and certified child abuse, FBI, Criminal background, and National sex registry screenings. We also require a year commitment from our nannies (with the exception of summer, temporary or as-needed nannies) in order to establish a stable match. Through our extensive screening process, we are able to match nannies and families with similar needs. Our selection process and experience have led to successful, long-term placement.

You need a night out, time to yourself, with friends or a date night. Quality Care Nanny Agency specializes in providing the perfect Nanny for your night out. Choosing the right child care for your date night is sometimes the hardest part. At QCNA, not only do we provide professional nanny services, we give you the peace of mind knowing your children are home safe with an experienced Nanny.
WEEKEND CARE
If you are looking for weekend care, QCNA provides temporary childcare and nanny services, there are ways you can fill in the gap. A temp nanny makes an ideal situation when your regular childcare falls through. This includes situations where your nanny is ill, is on vacation, or you need childcare only for a brief period of time.
